For YEARS, I was dependent upon BC/Goody’s (Southerners understand). The front desk receptionist was probably the rudest and most unprofessional person we’ve encountered at a business. We came for our child and can say we will NOT be back just because of her.

I am shocked that this practice has not responded to a SINGLE negative review. That should tell consumers something. They do not answer the phone even during business hours. Go somewhere else. Certifications don’t matter if you’re not running your clinic in a patient-centered manner.

I am a newer client of Dr. Gingras and so far my experience has been fantastic. Dr. Gingras was very quick to get me thru the process and work with their supplier and my insurance to get my studies, and my equipment sent to me in a timely manner. I just had my first follow up regarding my usage and experience with my prescription and machine and they absolutely nailed what I needed. I feel 1000x better and could not be more grateful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their quality of sleep.
