RecommendedPlaced an order online two hours ahead of time for pick up at 6:15. Got there right on time. The parking lot was jam full with people in their cars waiting for food. Checked in and said it wasn't ready. Said they'd bring out the food to me once it was ready. It took almost an hour for me to get my food but it was worth the wait. Experienced our first take out since restaurants were closed for COVID19. The order and payment was very efficient and curbside delivery was secure and friendly. We enjoyed a favorite crystal shrimp which was so delicious and appreciated! We’ll be back! Thank you!
Ordered for take out Thursday night and the lot was packed with cars waiting to pick up :) Despite the amount of orders the food was fresh, hot, and amazing. Had with me a first time Rootz eater and he definitely approves. Keep up the great work guys!

Ordered takeout yesterday night for a total of $73. They said it would be ready in 1 hour. When we went in 1 hour they “couldn’t find the order” (yet had charged our CC). They said they would get it ready in “15 min.” We sat on the car and waited. 30 min later we called to ask about the order. They said it was just ready and we could go in and pick it up.
