love the baked goods, but..... If you order on the phone, the customer service is pleasant. If you go in person, the counter service is not good. Every time I have been, the woman behind he counter has been downright nasty to people. You would think that a business with such a delicious product would want to match their service. Their baked goods can't be beat, but they certainly could work on their public relations. My advice??? Phone in your order!!!!
Agree their Oneida St service is lacking. I agree that there are a couple counter ppl who are not helpful at the Oneida Street location. When one calls, I believe someone in the back (kitchen) may pick up first. Something seems different w/ their 1/2 moons recently. Not sure if it is a change in the white frosting or the cake, but the last few we've had seem different. Yummy The Gingerbread Bake Shop has the best glazed donuts around. All of their bakery items are absolutley delicious. Go early though they sell out early in the morning.

Unbelievable experience at the gingerbread bake shop! So disappointed and completely disgusted with how the employee handled and spoke to me about the situation. Will never do business again with them! The first picture is what I requested. Had called and sent picture of cake asking if this is something they could do, I was told yes. Second and third picture is what was made. Gingerbread Bake Shop made our wedding cake, and we LOVED it! Not only was it beautiful, but it was also delicious! :) We worked with them throughout the process so they knew what we wanted the frosting to look like and what flavors we wanted. The final product was beautiful, tasty, and even better than we could have imagined!
