Unbelievable experience at the gingerbread bake shop! So disappointed and completely disgusted with how the employee handled and spoke to me about the situation. Will never do business again with them! The first picture is what I requested. Had called and sent picture of cake asking if this is something they could do, I was told yes. Second and third picture is what was made. Gingerbread Bake Shop made our wedding cake, and we LOVED it! Not only was it beautiful, but it was also delicious! :) We worked with them throughout the process so they knew what we wanted the frosting to look like and what flavors we wanted. The final product was beautiful, tasty, and even better than we could have imagined!
They made awesome desserts for our wedding!!
My granddaughter loved the book Bunny Cakes with the characters Ruby and Max! She asked for the featured cake for her 6th birthday. Brought the picture to Gingerbread and they did a terrific job recreating it and making a little girl happy! Customer service top notch too!
Called for a birthday cake got a quote for $35 ,placed my order. Went to pick up the cake and was charged $47. HOw can I not take it when there is a five year old waiting on it for his birthday party in two hours. Called later about the issue and was literally blown off not even offered a refund or credit and was told I was charged to much by an employee. Not a good enough cake for the price and not a good enough service for me to ever order here again.
