Very unprofessional experience! This is not really a property management group, it's just some lady. Only one lady to be exact. She took our money for an application, ran a hard inquiry on our credit, and disappeared. Then ignored us from then on with no response, no updates, and no one else in her office that can help with her rentals. Literally, no one in her office has anything to do with her PMG.
