My husband prepaid for 3 laser treatments, and for over two weeks I have been trying to schedule my first appointment with no success. Zero stars if I could I had prepaid a 3 treatment service for laser hair removal. I made an appointment online two weeks in advance and received confirmations and reminders. We took time off and drove 40 minutes, arrived on time, only to find that no one was there. I called her and she told me the appointment hadn’t gone through and asked me to forward my confirmation email, then told me to come back the next day and said she would call me with a time. I paid for a 3 session laser package back in October 2025 and it is now the end of February 2026 and I’ve only had two sessions, and the reason for this is due to horrible communication. The first session was fine. My second session I was waiting 45 minutes in the waiting area as she double booked me and I had specifically taken time out of my work day to be there.
