I have used Ginger to purchase 2 homes - one in Kamloops and one in Sylvan Lake Alberta. Both times she was able to get me approved for more than the Banks / mortgage calculators could get me. Being a first time homebuyer in this market (2023) is quite intimidating, especially having little to know knowledge of mortgages and purchasing procedures.
