Lied to me when asking for a showing. Told me it was all set. I asked if they had even contacted the owner… hey said no, then that they were directly on the phone with them within the minute. Went on to ask if I was financing or paying cash and when I said that was not their business and I was just looking for a showing, they said that it was the owner who was asking before even securing the showing. Had a terrible experience with this realtor. There are serious reasonably probable ethical violations that are being reported to the state and ethics board that Charles Rutenberg has only seemed to ignore. I started to do some background searches on Ginger and discovered quite an extensive history of public court records along with a very serious traffic arrest allegation.
