Most authentic Chinese food around! We no longer visit any of our other normal places. The food is great every single time! We love it!!
I have have followed Kenny Lam for over 30 years and the new owners of Ginger and Garlic are not following his recipes. Yesterday I ordered take out which included Pan Fried Pork Dumplings. They told me my order would be ready in 10 minutes and I asked how is that possible as it take 20 to 25 minutes to cook the pan fried dumplings. They had no answer. The dumplings did not have a crisp bottom and had the texture of rubber. The hot sauce that goes with the dumplings was not hot or spicy. it was just soy sauce. I also had Egg... read more
We have eaten here 3 times since the new owners took over. The food is as good as the Lams (old owners). We were so dissappointed when the Lams retired and we thought the restaurant was closing we so enjoyed the food. When my husband and I saw that it was reopened we gave it a try. We were not disapppointed in the least. Great food, great service.
