I've been seen by Dr. Cline for a number of years and have been impressed with her knowledge, her thoroughness, and her pleasant demeanor. She ha a good staff support.

Rushed, inpatient, cut me off when I asked a question. She would not explain anything. The employees at Cass County eye care were very rude and obviously did NOT like their job!

Wow, I can't understand any negative reviews for Dr. Cline. I've seen her for a few years now and even began taking my mother to her. She is compassionate, thorough, and demonstrates a genuine concern for her patients. She does not sit with her back to you and type things into a computer like so many others have done. She speaks to you on a personal level, thus making you feel like you are something besides just her income. I feel very confident that my eye health is her number one concern.

She was awful and extremely pushy. Told me I need to have my eyes dilated when I had them done previously the year before with my old doctor. Then when I wanted my prescription wrote she said it would be malpractice for her to right my prescription without dilating my eyes, which is a lie. She was super condescending. Also she did not tell me to wear my contacts back in for follow up visit and then told me repetitively that she did. Horrible doctor.
