Absolutely fantastic authentic Cantonese NY style food sweet and sour chicken tastes and is cooked just like I have had on canal st nyc.
I can't say that I'm impressed with this place. First time I've been here and I went with the reviews. I was not impressed with the staff, they weren't friendly when I went to pick up my food. I can't say the food is great, it was okay but not as good as I thought it would be. I won't go back again as the help and shrimp fried rice wasn't as good as I thought it would be.
We lived in Hong Kong for several years and fell in love with Dim Sum there. This is the first time in years that we have been able to find genuine Dim Sum in the US. We only wish we lived in Florida. We would be back to Ginger Dim Sum on a regular basis.
