Their spin on general Tao’s chicken was out of this world! Scallops were amazing but you only get 3. The Panang curry was unfortunately under seasoned and really lacked flavor. Other than that, a great meal overall!
It was Fathers Day at 7pm and no tables or reservations were made, I suggested to my only daughter that we try Ginger. Without reservation, the hostess found us window seating right away, and our waiter was awesomely polite! Our lemon ginger ale's were perfect, the curry a delight...but the General Tso's Chicken, stole the show! I can not remember a better dinner in Anchorage. Thank you guys for a wonderful dining experience! I will visit again and tell my friends.
We had a great meal at Ginger on our arrival night in Anchorage. Great appetizer, great meal, and fantastic service!
Excellent and generous fusion food including some gluten free options. Good atmosphere in a industrial style designed space. Highly recommend.
