We love the jewelry from Ginette and own several pieces. Unfortunately, our recent shopping experiences at the New York Madison store have been disappointing. During our last two visits, we didn’t feel acknowledged or welcomed before the client before us was done, we had to ask for every pieces to be shown,, and on both occasions, the store was not open at the indicated hours (10:30 a.m.). The jewelry is beautifully made and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I was looking for the bow ring and there was only one left which was shipped from Paris. I love the ring and look forward to my next piece!
I had a great experience with GINETTE NY. I initally purchased a baby disc ring. My hand/fingers are petit and I was worried the original disc ring would be too large/look overwhelming on my finger. When I received the baby disc ring I was underwhelmed and it was also slightly too large. The GINETTE NY team was very attentive and personally followed up by phone when I initiated a return to inquire what my issues were and discuss possible resolutions.
