I have worn my straw necklace everyday for the past 11 years - it is the most elegant, delicate, and beautiful piece of jewelry I own. My one year old son pulled it off my neck recently and Ginette customer service has been absolutely incredible. They were prompt in all their responses and even after the repaired necklace was lost in the mail, they worked with UPS to approve the claim and sent a replacement right away. Forever a Ginette customer!

We love the jewelry from Ginette and own several pieces. Unfortunately, our recent shopping experiences at the New York Madison store have been disappointing. During our last two visits, we didn’t feel acknowledged or welcomed before the client before us was done, we had to ask for every pieces to be shown,, and on both occasions, the store was not open at the indicated hours (10:30 a.m.). The jewelry is beautifully made and the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I was looking for the bow ring and there was only one left which was shipped from Paris. I love the ring and look forward to my next piece!
