Words cannot explain how extremely lucky I was that they came up first in my Google search. They always take real good care of us! (I just wish we didn't have to see them quite so often! LOL!)
They did an amazing job of getting my car up and running again. What really surprised me is that when the prices for the parts were less then the bid, they adjusted the bill. Who does that in today's age?
I have never had such an amazing experience! Chad and Gary were so willing to make sure our experience was a good one. They explained the issues in detail and wen one step further to make sure we knew by doing certain steps, our vehicle would run smoother with less problems. No other dealer or mechanic has shared that information with us. WE LOVE GINES AUTO! We are customers for life!
These guys know about customer service! In a previous review, I mentioned that the one bad thing about my experience was that someone had removed my tire rotation sticker when I had an oil change here. When I went back with a different car for an oil change, they recognized my name, apologized for the error, and offered a small gift of apology. They've done a great job with both our oil changes, much, much better than Jiffy Lube! I haven't had any other car services taken care of here, so I can't vouch for their other servic... read more
