Very satisfied- have used for years.
Jack Gindler has been doing my taxes for the past six years, since I moved to Austin. His price has been reasonable; I've had nothing but a great experience with him and his company. I recommend this firm without reservation, based on my own experiences.
These guys were worse than worthless. I am currently being fined by the IRS because they filed the 941s on the wrong schedule. They also got the bank routing number wrong twice when filing 941s. When I hired them, I had told them that I did not know if my Office manager was keeping the books correctly. They worked with him for about 9 months, missing the fact that he was hiding about $300,000 in accounts payable and not accounting for about that much in cash payments that came through the bank accounts. Reached out to this office for tax consulting on a 1031 transition back in early April 2018 and was told to call back after the tax deadline. Called about a month after the tax deadline and received no call back. Then in august attempted to try again and after the 4th attempt was told to call back after oct 15, 2018.
