I’m not sure where one of your truck drivers got his license because this morning on Davis drive near the hospital decides to stop over the white line at the rail road tracks and then realizes the train was coming. The truck driver proceeds to back up almost hitting my car. Blue dump truck J903. Also the black rubber at the back of this truck was covering the licence half way. Totally illegal. Your lucky I did not call the police. I have pictures.
