Was a tenant with Ginco for over 5 years before purchasing my home and they were phenomenal from beginning to end. Not many things needed to get fixed within that timeframe but whenever I reached out they were immediately attentive to it. Rent was always fair for the area and they were all very transparent and fair about anything needed from me. I highly recommend and trust Ginco.
Scott and the team are responsive, creative, and communicative. Throughout a challenging situation with a tenant, they were supportive and quick to work through options in a way that we deeply appreciate.
I've been renting here for 6 years, I like it because no one messes with you, anything that is damaged, they fix it quickly and are aware of the tenant's needs
