⭐️ 1 Star – Completely Unprofessional I booked an appointment with Dalexx Blends through the Booksy app and showed up to the salon on time, only to be left sitting there for 25 minutes with no sign of him. The lady at the shop told me he was “on the way,” but I eventually got a last-minute text from him saying he wasn’t even working that day and had “forgot to block it off on Booksy.” This is beyond unprofessional. No tomen el tiempo para atender a los clientes, como debe ser prefieren a los amigos y y gente que conocen antes que los clientes que ya tienen dos horas ahí esperando en la lista agarran la gente que conocen para atenderlos primero antes que los que ya estaban allí, trata de ser una cita, y dicen que no hay por cita ya y luego dicen que si es si hay por citas y la señora que contesta las teléfonos, no sabe respetar los clientes tampoco
