I can give no better compliment than EXCELLENCE in everyway. I knew absolutely nothing when my Bernina was purchased. All my "friends" (staff)have always helped me with all my concerns, taking much time and patience. "Everybody" does know your name along with your likes and family. I consider them my friends and family:) They are not afraid to share all their knowledge. Bernina is a super fine machine as well. At our house we never go to Jared's we go to "Gina's".... & that's the truth!
