It’s my moms office and my mom is cool so 5/5
Never would I imagine there being a doctor in existence that children, my children even, would whine and cry almost every time we drive by, because they want to go see Dr. Gina! She's great, she listens, she takes your thoughts into consideration, she takes your problem onto herself as if it were hers and helps to find answers. I cant disagree with the negative comment more. I was referred by a psych doctor and when I called to schedule a first time appointment I was told I couldn't be seen as a patient bc of the way my insurance card looked? The man asked me several times in different ways about how it looked and when I got frustrated for having to repeat myself I was told if it wasn't the new insurance card then they won't see me. Later to find out my insurance provider called to get their info on my card for PCP (so I can get a new card) and they told her I was rude and they were refusing ser... read more
Great Doctor, great staff, everyone was very friendly and efficient. Had to chance appointment because of a conflict, very flexible.
Regina has been great to myself and my family- we all have chronic complicated medical conditions and histories and she tries her best to treat us well and throughly, which is surely very hard. I’ve had perhaps 50 medical professionals in my lifetime involved in my care and her patient care is TOP TIER. The only trouble I have had is that I myself have memory issues so keeping appointments can be a bit tricky and several appts have been rescheduled- but it’s a busines.
