Front desk is a big issue. Whoever responded the phone call did not even listen to me. Just rudely cut me off. That is how they treat new patients. As soon as she heard I am a new patient she cut me off saying-Nothing till October. I tried to ask her one simple question she cut me off without even listening and said -I don’t know.
My kids have been a patient with Dr Stephen since 2019 I’ve been loving the experience with my kids health check ups.
Dr Stephen is an amazing pediatrician!! Highly recommend
Was not friendly to me and my child, was in hurry to dismiss us and the receptionist was not pleasant as well
