My husband was seen for a follow up appt after an extensive hospitalization and readmisson. Gina was unprepared for the appointment and knew nothing about the patient. Blamed the front desk for not booking correct appointment and patient. Which the follow up appointment was made by the discharging hospital. She would only speak to the patient who has not been doing any of his own care since being discharged would not speak with two of the family members taking care of him to get any accurate information.
