Dr. Nguyen rushed through our consultation and came across as unfriendly and disengaged, as if she were simply trying to check boxes and did not seem interested in her work. Her communication style was not instructional but commanding—she gave abrupt, directive orders rather than explaining what she needed, visibly showing frustration and raising her voice when I was not moving as quickly as she expected. My experience has often been that Doctors will talk at you rather than with you. Dr. Nguyen was a consummate professional. Taking time to first listen to my concerns before giving me my options moving forward. I just can't express enough how much I appreciate her care. Her team was top of the line as well. 10 out of 10
Dr Nguyen is compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and very Human 💕 Throughout my procedure and recuperation she was nothing less than reassuring and supportive. She kept me informed of what to expect during recovery and always had time to listen to my questions and concerns. Thank you Dr Nguyen you picked me up when I most needed it!
