Gina Moga was an absolute joy to work with on the sale of my deceased brother's home. She was literally full-service and I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. I live in a different state, so Gina arranged everything from an estate sale/cleaning out the property to identifying and managing repairs and improvements to the sale of the property. She is extremely professional and knows her market. I enthusiastically recommend her without hesitation!
Gina was absolutely outstanding. Her 36 years of experience came in handy when we dealt with various issues throughout escrow - she talked me off the ledge several times!
