Gina Kicos is the most worthless so called medical professional I have ever met. All of Oak Street Health is uncaring about what she did to me. She lied and now I can't get adequate medical treatment. I've filed several a grievances and even took her to court.
She had a problem with me from the start. She lied and had me kicked out of pain management and now i am Black balled in pain management. I filed Grievances with Oak Street health, with my Insurance ( Anthem) as well as The State Board of Nurses) i also filed a police report as well as recently filed against her with Medicare and Medicaid. No one is willing to do anything about it.
