I had a deeply disturbing experience with Dr. Gina Lundberg that fell far below any reasonable standard of professional medical care. During my appointment, Dr. Lundberg was dismissive and hostile. She raised her voice, repeatedly cut me off, and spoke to me in a condescending manner. I am writing to share my experience during my 82-year-old mother’s Emory Saint Joesph's hospital stay, which I found deeply disappointing and concerning. Dr. Lundberg was dismissive, spoke in circles, and repeatedly failed to answer direct questions. When she entered the room, I asked to call my sister so she could listen to the update.
