Dr. Cruz is amazing. She did surgery on both of my hands and did awesome work.. She is very sweet and kind and has a skill. I miss seeing her.
I had a 1:30 appointment and was called into the exam room shortly after but 45 minutes later the nurse comes to tell me that the Doctor couldn’t be located, I’m confused because I’ve already been waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, 15 minutes later the nurse informed me that the Doctor was in a meeting. Really? Like I had nothing to do but sit around waiting for her to attend a meeting, I could have gotten a call or text so I could have rescheduled, that would have be the courteous thing to do, so of cour... read more
Awesome bedside manner and fixed my wrist and thumb. Carpal tunnel and basil joint in thumb Can’t even see a scar! Now I’m going for the other hand!
I disagree with the negative comments by others. Dr. Cruz has been treating both of my hands for a severe case of osteoarthritis. I'm educated enough to know there is no cure for my ailment but that has not stopped Dr. Cruz to provide me treatment options. She performed surgery on one of my fingers and resolved that issue. I will continue to see Dr. Cruz because contrary to the negative comments, she has been nothing but great with my treatments.
Dr Cruz was so very kind and caring and very thorough!! She took time with me and I was very satisfied!
