I am so grateful that Dr. Horne is my primary care physician. Everyone at this office is friendly and kind. Dr. Horne considers all of my question with seriousness and importance. She works quickly (re: Punctual and no unnecessary waiting), but always has time for connection and really listening to my concerns. I recommend her to people all the time. Thank you, Dr. Horne and Brecksville internal medicine staff.
Scheduled online appt, got call back week later 8/2026 that this Doctor not accepting medicare patients even with ppo. Staff said her practice is full. Don't understand how a UH Doc, practicing in a UH facility is not accepting patients. She should not be listed on the UH website for scheduling, and should probably move her office to a private facility.
Wonderful doctor and staff. Dr Horne is a great listener who always takes time to acknowledge your concerns and give options that can make your life better. She is knowledgeable, caring, and always happy to engage with you during your visit.
Absolutely awful experience, twice. I find Dr. Horne to be dismissive, judgmental, and lacking in empathy. I'm sure she considers herself and her practice to be "efficient," but her bedside manner leaves much to be desired. If she cared half as much about her patients as she does about keeping the trains running on time, she would be a much better provider.
