I really like Dr. Kim and her professional ability. Some of the office staff will try to talk you into procedures (like refraction to measure you for glasses when you have 20/15 vision) just to make an extra buck. It's slimey. And they make you wait to talk to the person who sells glasses (yes, even if you have 20/15 vision they try to sell you $300 sunglasses) before you can go in to see the doctor. So they are really pushing the sales end and not so much the medical side. But not Dr. Kim.
