We met Gina at an open house, near a property we viewed with another realtor. Our first impression was that Gina, unlike the other realtor, would be easy to work with. We called Gina a few days later, engaged to see some listings. Due to a family emergency, we had to postpone our search and travel back north. My husband and I were moving to Jacksonville from the west coast. We had not been to Jacksonville so we were not familiar with the areas. Gina was awesome. She went to homes we were interested in and called us when she got there to show us videos of each room. After we decided on a house, she made connections with painters and other people to get the house ready for our move in date. I was worried about the whole process being so far away, but Gina made it easier for us.
Gina Graham is the best out there, period. Patient and Attentive ! She helped find our dream home. We got tired of city living dealing with traffic and increased population. We wanted a larger space to call our own and have a few farm animals. After a short time of viewing homes, our biggest worry now is 'should we get chickens or goats first'. Major props to Gina for making a dream come true.
