As a first time condo renter, I did not know the ins and outs of renting a condo, or desirable communities in the area. Gina did a fantastic job finding me rentals that were in the area I wanted and within my budget. When we went to look at the condos, she was very knowledgeable about the area and complexes. Can't say enough good things about Gina. She found us exactly what we were looking for, off market, and helped negotiate a great deal. Even after the property was under agreement she put in a lot of time facilitating inspections and showing other properties. If you're a serious buyer, do yourself a favor and reach out to her.
