MY WIFE WAS REFERRED TO THIS DENTIST BY DELTA DENTIAL. ON RECEIVING THE DOCUMENTS FROM DELTA DENTAL WE VISITED THEIR OFFICE ONLY TO BE TOLD WE DID NOT HAVE PROOF OF COVERAGE WITH THIS DENTIST. IT WAS OBVIOUS FROM OUR INITIAL ENCOUNTER WITH ANNA THAT SHE HAD A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND WAS NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH US. TODAY, AUGUST 5TH WE CONTACTED THE DELTA DENTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHO STATED GINA BARRAMEDIA DMD WAS THE FACILITY ASSIGNED TO US.
