Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. Very uncaring and rushy.
