Gina helped our son sell his townhouse in Sherman Oaks after he moved out of state. We met her through a referral from a trusted realtor we know in Colorado. From the beginning, she worked with us in terms of prioritizing worthwhile improvements in the weeks leading up to the listing. We set the price based on her recommendations.
