I work as a project director to renovate homes for pre-sale. Gina and I have partnered on several projects. She is a go getter, honest and works vey hard for her clients. One of our recent clients, in Santa Cruz, wanted to do more work. Gina had said it was time to get the house on the market. I told my client not to stop the Gina train. Within a few days, prior to disclosures being filed, so there would have been more, our client had sold their home! I work with a lot of agents. Gina is the best!
