Never installed urgent water heater even though 4K paid in full up front. Refused to return money - even after over 6 months. We are even forced to report to BBB and file in metro court because Philip refuses to return our money. We set several appointments that he never showed up to (even though we waited all day several times). We kept hearing, "tomorrow, next day, next week..." After 5 months, we asked for our money back. He refuses to return it.
