Nothing short of service that goes above and beyond. Having been a customer of Giltrap North Shore for the last 20 years they continue to deliver quality service with a customer centric lens. They go above and beyond to engage in the customers behalf, in my case, with Holden NZ to coordinate repairs under warranty, when the warranty has in fact expired, but always seem to achieve great outcomes that see the vehicles repaired and where for the most part Holden pay most of the bill.
