Was led to believe the Kia Carnival came with service plan. It was not brought to my attention that I could purchase a service plan either. The first service was free. When I took it for second service I was surprised to be charged $500. When I complained to Giltrap they denied leading me to believe there was a service plan and fell silent on why they did not offer me to buy a service plan.
