SECOND REVIEW: Do you need an Appliance Repair man that is FAST, EXPERT, CLEAN, FAIR, & FRIENDLY??? “I KNOW A GUY!!!” Gilbert, the owner of GilTech Appliance is the best! This is my second experience with him. The first one, we called him late Saturday & he came Sunday morning & fixed a complicated repair on our Refrigerator. we have an older, used, commercial Electrolux swinging door stand-up freezer we keep in the garage. Bought it for $400 or so, from craigslist during COVID from an out-of-business pizzeria. They cost $3000 to replace these days. Yes, I know...a Fridgidaire of the same 20sq ft size is probably closer to $1000. This is a good freezer brand. Gilbert's professional and technical acumen is matched only by his dedication to providing top notch results and service. He has twice provided guidance over the phone, before visit/inspection, and followed up to make sure that the issue at hand was resolved. He values his time and yours and the service and care he provides are impeccable. In short - by hook or by crook - a problem solver.

I was looking for someone with great Reviews, who was very experienced, who could & did respond quickly, & who would make themselves available in short order. I also preferred a small local business with a single owner/operator. I found one who made themselves available the next day (Sunday morning) after my 8pm Saturday night call.
