I have been coming to this salon at different stages over the years - and if I could give it a +10 I would. Always come out of this salon feeling amazing. Not just the fantastic haircuts but the whole experience - a very warm group of people, who know their stuff, make you feel welcome, relaxing atmosphere, usually some form of cake (win me over with food anytime!) and usually feels like a lovely self-care moment. If I could give this salon a -10 review I would. I asked for simple layers around the sides and instead my hair was completely hacked into. It took me a year to grow my hair, and I walked out looking like something straight out of the 1970s. I'm gutted The cutting technique felt very chaotic and there was an excessive amount of product used during the cut which seemed unnecessary considering he just washed it out anyway. I had the most fabulous experience here for a cut and colour! The whole appointment was second to none – every detail made me feel at home and truly cared for. I won’t give too much away, as I think part of the magic is discovering it for yourself, but the simple luxuries really made it special. Spent close to $400 and regrowth was no different unfortunately. I contacted Lincoln as he told me to to the next day to see how I felt and to rectify as he was also underwhelmed by the result which I did but have never heard back. I wouldn’t recommend and extremely disappointed as I’m a busy mum who had to plan months in advance to get a few hours off
