Hadn't been here in many years since I moved out of the area but so glad to find the family has carried on the business. I was in a bad spot, needed my car towed to the shop....they picked up my vehicle within an hour and had repairs done the next day. awesome customer service, reasonable prices and I love supporting a local, family-owned business. thank you to Matt, David(who quickly picked up my car), Holly and Linda for the excellent service def will be a loyal customer
Takes too long to make an appointment, takes too long to fix simple tasks. I wanted a tire today and they said it would take 6 hours and I said no to my wife who said no to them. They said they would call me, and said oh well maybe the other place won’t have it in stock. Mavis had it in stock and cheaper. Even had it done within the hour and not 6 hours. Good people, always willing to help, to explain, and to fix your car to the best of their ability, which is extensive. And to top that off, they sponsor the library mini golf event every year!
I love Gil's! My car is there right now for an oil change. I asked them to also check out my brakes because my car is getting up there in mileage and I was starting to feel like the braking wasn't as good as it used to be. They easily could have told me that I needed new brakes and took my money, but they were honest and told me not to worry, that they are only at 50%.
