Terrell was awesome. He was very patient and very determined to get me in a vehicle. Also very personable.
Absolutely terrible experience. I came in prepared to buy and was treated with zero respect. The staff was disorganized, pushy, and kept trying to upsell me on things I clearly said I didn’t want. I waited over an hour past my appointment time, only to be passed around between salespeople who seemed to have no idea what was going on. Communication was awful and I felt like they were more focused on making a sale than actually helping me. I ended up walking away and taking my business elsewhere—definitely would not recommend.

If I could give them a minus 100 I would. The staff there where nice, but they are salesman so they are nice because they have to be. They sold me a car on my birthday for around 14,000 and now a little over a year later, It is worth around 1000. The Ac went out in May not quite 2 months old they would not fix. I was hoping to trade back the car and get into something else. They said I would have to have it 30 months or could put 3500 down on a second one. I had to put 1500 down for the first one.
