I traded my car in March 2026 a few days later the car I had purchased shut down on the interstate I had to wait a week just for Rapid Tire to get it in for an appointment. Once I got my car back it ran hot leaving the shop I can’t even enjoy the new car I got for me and my newborn because the car stays tore up. I reached out to the salesman no return phone calls I’ve went to the car lot and asked for him after I had just seen him walk in the building someone else was sent out instead of him. I currently have a truck from them even though the staff is amazing, I have no air nor the heater doesn't work !!! I feel like I have paid to much money and over half of what I paid I cant do a trade -in until I made 30 payments by that time i will be sitting with a truck as of now the the timing is going out ,That means the MOTOR is going to shut down ..got to drive it to rapid tire way somewhere else for an appointment!!! That i may not make it too !!!! What am I supposed to do only means of transportation to work not sure... read more
