Typical lying car salesmen. RUN AWAY I had an appointment to test drive a used car before purchase. They bombarded me with phone calls, including 3 on the appointment day - confirming I was coming in. I drove 3.5 hours in city traffic to get there only to be told the car sold. They didnt even have the courtesy to phone and tell me. but wait till I get there, and try to up sell me on a different car.- they add on thousands in dealer extras to the advertised price. RUN AWAY

Typical lying car salesmen. Run away!!I had an appointment to test drive a used car before purchase. They bombarded me with phone calls, including 3 on the appointment day - confirming I was coming in. I drove 3.5 hours in city traffic to get there only to be told the car sold. First off, I'm representing my parents, I am their son of 57 years. So, you also know that I am an excellent professional foreign and domestic auto mechanic. They took their 2020 Toyota Rave to the Gilroy Toyota dealership for an oil change. They came back with a bill charging them $852.58, claiming it took them 5 hours. Labor alone was $555.76, on the recept it has parts catagorized in unit and one price then next to it the price jumps dramatically on some items. If there was a 0 i would. I don't usually take the time to write reviews unless i had a really good experience or I had a very bad experience. In this case a very bad experience. So i would like to write this review to enlighten some who would like to purchase a new vehicle or doing a trade in.
