My wife and are both very disappointed with the level of patient care provided by this office. We went in as new customers. My wife had a cleaning while we were there. Her cleaning was rushed and not very thorough, lasting only 15 minutes. I was told I needed a deep cleaning that would cost over $300 out of pocket. I went in for what they described as a deep cleaning and it was also rushed, impersonal, and not very thorough, again lasting no more than twenty minutes. I moved to Gilroy a few years ago and had been looking for a new dentist. I tried a couple others nearby before trying Gilroy Plaza Dental. I found my new dentist. Dr. Sonam and her staff are friendly, attentive, professional, and skilled. When I broke a tooth a few weeks ago I researched dentists and then called Plaza Dental and the took me in that day. Less than a week later, I had a new crown. I could not be happier.
