I workout at golds and its a cool friendly place to workout at. Staff are awesome not over crowded i enjoy my workouts.

Great gym, very clean. Has a good selection of Dumbbells that goes up to 135. Good amount of cardio equipment, and great staff/ very friendly.
Everything is great. Great employees and the friendly members. It perfect for someone starting to get fit
