I bought my car here in May 2025 and waited to post this to see if any more issues came up. Our salesperson Jay was helpful, but overall my experience with this dealership has been very disappointing. When I test drove the BMW I ended up buying, I noticed the tires looked worn. I asked about it and was told they were “within legal limits.” Trusting that, I went ahead with the purchase. I was very pleased with Gilroy Dodge he treated me great I was happy to be a customer with them I would do business with them again
I have been using the service center for years, and this was my worst experience. Not only was my car in the shop for 11 weeks but the communication was non-existent. I had to stop by the dealership in multiple occasions as my emails and calls were not returned.
The worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. They had my vehicle for 13 months out of 18 months of me owning the vehicle. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. Damaged my vehicle in the process of try to fix it. Would not help with payment or registration fees. Would not supply a loaner vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody that lives in the Bay Area.
