We can highly recommend GILPIP homes if looking for a custom design and build. Their knowledge in negotiating with town planning and neighbor issues took away a lot of the stress at the planning stage. I live in Mornington and am looking for a builder, I was told to avoid this builder due to very poor standards in work and finishes. I was invited to inspect a project by this builder and to say I was shocked at the poor workmanship and finishes is an understatement.
We engaged with Gilpip initially with a block of land and a bit of an idea of the style of home we wanted and from there they took us through design, permits, construction all the way through to handover, even coordinating with external providers to help complete out of scope works. And all of this was done through a pandemic and very difficult economic conditions. Our house is now a regional finalist for home build of the year. We couldn’t be happier!
