I live in Mornington and am looking for a builder, I was told to avoid this builder due to very poor standards in work and finishes. I was invited to inspect a project by this builder and to say I was shocked at the poor workmanship and finishes is an understatement.
We engaged with Gilpip initially with a block of land and a bit of an idea of the style of home we wanted and from there they took us through design, permits, construction all the way through to handover, even coordinating with external providers to help complete out of scope works. And all of this was done through a pandemic and very difficult economic conditions. Our house is now a regional finalist for home build of the year. We couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic company to deal with, from start to finish Gilpip were amazing to deal with, the end result is brilliant and couldn't recommend more their work and experience we had with them!
We used Gilpip to design and build our new home in Flinders. The experience was top class from start to finish. Everyone in the company was easy to deal with and focused on creating the best outcome for us. The process ran smoothly, was on budget and on time. We ended up with a new home we love, it is different to any other place in Flinders and we love it. And judging from the comments we get from friends and neighbours, others love it to. Very happy.
