Always a fast procedure for sclerotherapy for spider veins. Requested a referral to windsor vein clinic, waited a year to learn the referral was not sent. Requested a re-referral, six months later, super unfortunately the referral was still not received by the windsor vein clinic from doctor Gilpen's office. I wish they would have been straight up with me, In order for my family physician to refer me for services as this has put significant delays in accessing healthcare that I require.
Staff was lovely, zero wait time and Dr Gilpin was very gentle :)
