Just had roofs replaced by Gilpin Roofing at two different homes. If other contractors did business like this company, major home projects wouldn’t be a dreaded stressful event. The office communicated with me, the crews were on time & worked until the jobs were finished, the workmanship was excellent and they did a great job on clean up. Gilpin Roofing was reasonably priced and very professional. I highly recommend this company!
My experiance with Gilpin Roofing and Siding was excellent from the day they came out for an estimate to the day I wrote them a check. They've continued to contact me and make sure im happy with their job. One area of my house has a low slope roof that required a flat roof membrane, crickets and flashing. They did a great job. I had a total roof replacement and the entire process was seamless. The crew showed when agreed, the work was fast, and with the excpetion of having a new roof I couldn't even tell anyone had been there (no debris, no trash, no tire marks!). There were zero suprises on the bill and was one of the easiest home repair transactions I've had in a long time. I have reccommended Gilpin Roofing to others who have been equally as pleased. I would absolutely use them again.
