I'm thoroughly unimpressed. They lack some basic knowledge (had to educate them on ADA laws since they thought certificates bought online were real) and the people they have to come deal with issues are equally unimpressive and treat me like I'm a stupid female. They still haven't managed to give me a lease I'll sign because they won't acknowledge security deposits from the previous owner who passed. Don't even seem to try to reach resolution. I mean, it's just like any other realty place. I did the live chat and it was very cut and dry. I felt like it might have been just automated answers or someone who didn't seem to care enough to take the time to help me out with my questions. But it is agood company if you are the right customer they are looking for.
