I don’t even know where to begin! From the beginning this experience has been amazing. I had a virtual consult before I moved to the area, and Dr. Gilpin was so kind, took his time and listened to everything I wanted. Chelsea, was a dream! She guided me through every step of the process, answered every question (& I had 1739405 questions) she was great. Dr. Gilpin and his staff are incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and thorough, From start to finish, I felt prepared for my procedure, due entirely to Dr. Gilpin's and his staff's diligence and communication throughout the consultation, pre and post-op process. I love them ❤️ I was a victim of domestic violence and my nose was broke in two different places Dr.gilpin is very compassionate and takes pride in his work . I'll forever be grateful for him. he even stitched the top of my eye up for me where it was split open due to the glue at the we not working and didn't charge me extra like I said he's very compassionate and takes pride in his work. I just recently had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Gilpin and his team and I absolutely love my new nose! This was something I had been wanting to do for years and I am so glad that I chose Dr. Gilpin. They were awesome throughout this whole process, Dr. Gilpin himself even called me a few hours after my surgery to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend Gilpin Facial Plastics!!!

I had a wonderful experience with this office. Where to even start? Every single moment from the day my consultation was scheduled to post-op had been excellent. Dr. Gilpin and his staff are just amazing! I was very specific about how I wanted my nose to be and Dr. Gilpin truly delivered. I even got a bouquet of flowers delivered to my house the day after surgery! And that’s just one of the many ways they pay attention to every single detail. I was at peace every moment of the whole process because I knew they are good at their jobs! 5 stars I chose doctor gilpin as my surgeon for rhinoplasty, I highly recommend him if you want the best results. That better your expectation,then this is your doctor , him and his staff will make you feel like family right from the start.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Gilpin and his staff. He is very knowledgeable, professional and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. He plays good/soothing music to help you relax. Well it is to my taste anyway. He has a very challenging job in that besides your normal plastic surgery requests. He does reconstructive surgery as well for skin cancer patients. This can be difficult as he never knows what to expect until he either sees pictures of the damage or see you in person.
